These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ushi Nail Spa website ("the Site") and the online booking services provided by Ushi Nail Spa, a ladies salon and spa registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates since 2009. By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Ushi Nail Spa.
• "You", "user" refers to any visitor or customer using the Site or booking a service.
• "Services" refers to salon, spa, and home-service treatments offered by Ushi.
• "Booking" refers to an appointment request submitted through the Site.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under parental or guardian supervision, to make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.
• You will not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose under UAE law.
• All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is the property of Ushi Nail Spa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from our team via phone, email, or message.
• Appointment times are subject to availability of our specialists and the selected branch.
• Prices displayed on the Site are indicative starting prices and inclusive of VAT where stated. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, treatment complexity, or products used, and is confirmed in-branch.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary.

The Site does not process online payments. All payments for services are settled directly at the branch or at the time of a home-service appointment, using the payment methods available in-branch. Any deposits or packages are handled in-branch and subject to our in-branch policies.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible via phone or email.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may, at our discretion, affect your ability to make future bookings.
• For certain premium or event services, a deposit may be required in-branch; deposit terms are explained at the time of booking.

• Our treatments are performed by trained specialists, but results may vary between individuals.
• You must inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, medical treatments, or sensitivities before a service begins.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it may be unsuitable or unsafe for you.

For home-service bookings in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, an address and access details must be provided at the time of confirmation. Home service is subject to area availability, minimum service values, and scheduling at our discretion. Our team will confirm whether home service is available for your location.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable international standards.

Use of the Site is subject to the cookie choices you make in the consent banner or via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. Essential cookies needed to browse the Site and submit a booking are always active and are not subject to this choice.

All trademarks, logos, text, and images on this Site are the property of Ushi Nail Spa or its licensors and are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights (as amended) and applicable international treaties. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Ushi Nail Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any proven direct loss is limited to the value of the booking or service in question.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Emirate where the relevant branch is located (Abu Dhabi or Al Ain), without prejudice to applicable consumer-protection rights under UAE law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable consumer-protection regulations.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect upon posting on this page, with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
