For home service bookings you can contact our home services number mentioned in the website. During the call customers will provide the following information:

1. Client Name
2. Address
3. Date and time of appointment
4. Required service (you can refer to our Home Services Menu Prices or you can ask our receptionist
during booking)
5. Preferred payment method (Cash, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

 

Before the call ends, our receptionist will confirm with the customer the initial price she will need to pay for the booked service. However, during the service you booked you can still enjoy additional services if there is available appointment slots.

Customer will expect a call from our driver at least 30 minutes to an hour before the appointment to confirm the location.
